For Business Visa

1. Copy of the invitation letter (approved by MFA of Kazakhstan), which has undergone necessary procedures in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2. A covering letter from the applicant or applicant's company with a request to issue a visa briefly summarizing the purpose of visiting, including information about the company (please attach copy of valid Business Registration Ordinance of the company)
3. A completed visa application form (incomplete application form may serve as a reason to deny an applicant of a visa)
4. One passport-size photo (in colour) of the applicant
5. An original passport of the applicant (please note that the passport must be valid at least six months after visa's date of expiry)
6. Copy of the applicant’s passport (first page)
7. Copy of the applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card
8. Visa payment confirmation (bank slip). No cash or bank cheques will be accepted. To get more infromation please visit this LINK
9. Applicant’s personal Bank Statement for the past three month (printouts from the internet banking are accepted)
10. Address proof (e.g. copy of utility bill)
11. Flight booking (internet booking printout is acceptable)
12. Info on accommodation in Kazakhstan (e.g. hotel booking, flat owner’s permission to reside on premises and proof of ownership etc.)

For Tourist Visa

1. Copy of the invitation letter (approved by MFA), which has undergone necessary procedures in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2. A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Please, indicate the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip and places to be visited
3. Proof of employment/income (e.g. Company letter& company business registration ordinance/Student ID & A supporting letter from parents with their bank statement for the past three month & their passport copy)
4. A completed visa application form (incomplete application form may serve as a reason to deny an applicant of a visa)
5. One passport-size photo (in colour) of the applicant
6. An original passport of the applicant (please note that the passport must be valid at least six months after visa's date of expiry)
